1. The service
SyncTimer provides browser-based timer rooms, a controller, read-only stage displays, rundowns, realtime synchronization, accounts, and paid plans. We may improve, add, limit, or discontinue features, with notice of material adverse changes where reasonably practical.
2. Accounts and access credentials
- Provide accurate account information and safeguard your account, sessions, and control links.
- A control link is a room administration credential. Actions taken with it are treated as authorized by you unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
- You must be old enough to enter this agreement where you live; otherwise, a guardian must consent to and supervise your use.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful activity, including to:
- Circumvent access controls, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service, networks, or other users.
- Scrape at scale, make unreasonably frequent requests, distribute malware, or access another person's rooms or account without permission.
- Upload or display content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Resell the service, impersonate others, or falsely claim an affiliation with or endorsement by SyncTimer.
4. Your content
You retain rights in room names, rundowns, stage messages, and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, and process that content solely to provide and maintain the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and for the legality of your content.
5. Paid plans, payment, and refunds
- Plan price, duration, and benefits are those shown on the purchase and checkout pages. Current plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
- Third-party payment providers process payments under any additional terms they impose. You are responsible for applicable taxes and accurate payment information.
- Except where applicable law requires otherwise, delivered digital services are non-refundable. Contact us through feedback for duplicate charges, missing benefits, or other payment issues.
6. Availability and live-event use
We work to keep SyncTimer reliable but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation. Networks, browsers, devices, power, and third-party services can affect timing and synchronization. Test before a show, broadcast, exam, or other time-sensitive event and keep an independent backup timer.
7. Intellectual property
Apart from your content, the SyncTimer software, interface, branding, graphics, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant only the limited rights needed to use the service and transfer no intellectual property ownership.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for a Terms violation, security or legal risk, unpaid amounts, or resource abuse. Where legally required and appropriate, we will give reasonable notice or an opportunity to appeal.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit, data, or goodwill damages. Our aggregate service-related liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Updates and general terms
We may update these Terms and will give appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after new Terms take effect means acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent; we may assign it in a reorganization, merger, or asset transfer.
